Holiday Outreach
Over the years during the December holiday season, our Foundation has had the joy of providing some additional holiday cheer to local kids. We like to take this time of the year, to find ways to partner with other organizations and individuals to make some special things happen for some really amazing kids!
Intellectual Disabilities Monthly Outing
Starting in 2021, we will be hosting a free monthly outing for kids with intellectual/mental/behavioral disabilities. This will be an opportunity for these kids to come together in a safe and comfortable environment where they can interact and meet other individuals like themselves. We understand that children with Autism, Aspergers and other similar conditions sometimes have difficulty interacting in traditional social settings with other kids. These monthly outings will provide an outlet for not only the kid but also their family to feel more a part of their community.
Supporting Our Community Partners
As part of our Foundation’s mission and in addition to our own programming and initiatives, we also make financial donations to other charities in our community whose missions align with ours. Over the years, the CLT Foundation has donated to Dream On 3, the Rollin’ Hornets kids wheelchair basketball team and has partnered with and supported many other charities as well. In 2021, we look to expand even more as our reach continues to grow.
